Hi everyone,

In a comment after my previous article, I wondered why Mike Whitney and Paul Craig Roberts had stopped talking about the Jewjab genocide. "Have they been converted into the "safe and effective" camp?" I asked.

On 3/3/23, Whitney did publish a very useful "Mike's Antivax Grab-Bag: Memes, Blurbs and Links," so no, he hasn't moved into the "safe and effective" camp. It's my fault for missing this item:

Linh, I've been reading you for years, then lost track when you disappeared from Unz ... hadn't realized there'd been a falling out. So it's an absolute pleasure to discover that you're writing on Substack, now. I've always found your direct, honest observations of the places you go and the people you talk to a refreshing window into the world. Journalism at its finest.

I'm also rather tickled that we're both sending postcards.

On the specific topics of this essay ... I believe there's a generational divide, yet to manifest itself in politics, on subjects such as Jewish power. The older generation are all quite firmly convinced of the narratives, and this will not change. That applies to Elie Wiesel and Anne Frank as much as it applies to MLK Jr or Nelson Mandela. In the younger, there is a hard split - those determined to eradicate their own culture in the name of these myths, and those who have become immune to them, and are equally determined to preserve and refound it. The sun is setting on the West, but those dragging it down are destroying themselves as fast as they can. There will be those who choose the other path, and our numbers grow steadily, because we offer what the other side cannot - truth, beauty, and life. As you say, continuity is the thread of meaning ... few understand this, but those of us who do will follow Ariadne's thread out of this labyrinth.
