In a recent interview between Chris Hedges & Jimmy Dore, the conversation had turned to the military's influence on Hollywood. Hedges mentioned that the CIA now had offices in Tinsel Town.

Dore replied (and I paraphrase) "so instead of regular Jews running Hollywood, it's run by CIA psycho Jews?" There was a hint of a smile on Jimmy's face.

Hedges wouldn't take the bait. Instead, rambling on about Corporations and Congress.

You're right Linh, Hedges isn't touching that subject.

There is something depressing about anywhere that people are trying too hard to have fun. I found in the US the forced jovalty of young American women sad. The more they would scream and shout “oh my God!!!" when they saw each other, the ruder and colder they were to someone they didn't know.

At least in places like Pattaya, men are getting laid and they don't have to pay more for it than men in the American dating market. The big difference in Pattaya is that they are guaranteed sex with a woman unlike in America where they pay but don't get to play.

Is there anywhere really more depressing than average American life in so many places? Increasingly most American men are no longer wanted by the 80 percent of women who compete for the top 20% of men. And increasingly, the average American woman is so fat and entitled men don't want her. Plus community and friendships are deteriorating in the US. Bowling Alone is a real thing and it is getting worse.

I live in Thailand and avoid Pattaya and the other lady bar areas but I would rather be marooned in Pattaya than most of the US.
